Description: While learning about the models, frameworks, and best practices for the analysis, design, and development of performance improvement solutions, there is only so much opportunity in our graduate programs to apply this learning in real or realistic situations. In this informal conversation, Jeroen Breman shares his experiences and insights from his 20+ years of work in the field, focusing on the "I wish someone told me that" moments and how to overcome them. Bio: Jeroen Breman is a senior instructional designer at Northwest Lineman College, a subsidiary of Fortune 500 company Quanta Services. His case is about the design and implementation of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) College for Conservation Leadership. Jeroen earned a Masters in Educational Science and Technology from the University of Twente in The Netherlands and studied and worked at Penn State University's Instructional Systems Program.
